What forms of payment can I use?
Little Art Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. To pay by check or money order, please see below.
How can I pay by check or money order?
You may either print and mail us your completed online order form, or call us directly at 1-847-458-3257.
For online order forms, complete your order and proceed to the Shopping Cart. Choose either "Pay by Mail" or "Pay by Phone", and
Proceed to Checkout. Print this order page and mail it to us with your payment to: Little Art Store at 2 Annandale Court,
Lake in the Hills, Illinois 60156. Orders will be shipped once checks have cleared.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Illinois residents will be chargeed 7% sales tax as applicable by law. All other customers
will not be charged sales tax.
Will I recieve an email confirming my order?
You will receive an email confirmation from Little Art Store with your order details. To ensure you recieve this,
add notice@ewebcart.com to your address book, and/or set your SPAM blocker to allow emails from notice@ewebcart.com.
How do I cancel my order?
Your order is processed within 1-2 business days. Please Contact Us as soon as possible
to cancel or make any changes to your order.
Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
You may choose either regular UPS ground, UPS 2nd or 3rd day. All shipping
methods require a physical address, as UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
When will I recieve my order?
Your order is processed within 1-2 business days. Normally you will recieve your order within 7-10 business days.
If you choose UPS 2nd or 3rd day shipping, please allow up to 5 business days to include processing time. We make every attempt
to ship all orders as soon as they are received. We will contact you as quickly as possible regarding any out-of-stock or back-ordered items.
What will I be charged for shipping?
Our shipping charges are calculated by weight. You may view your shipping charges at the checkout page before you confirm your order.
Charges may be greater when shipping to HI, AK, PR, or to APO/FPO addresses. Little Art Store does not charge handling fees.
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders totaling $75.00 and over. Be sure to choose the "FREE SHIPPING" option when checking out.
Do You ship internationally?
At this time, Little Art Store only ships within the U.S. and Canada. We are planning to offer
international shipping in the near future, so please check back with us or contact us.
Returns - Exchanges - Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
You deserve to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly except returns
or exchanges for up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund or replacement item, minus shipping. Preferably items must
be unused and in their original packaging. We will refund certain used items such as pencils or pastels to our discretion.
Please Contact Us for information about exchanging or returning products.
How do I return items?
We ask that you please Contact Us within 30 days of the shipping date so that we can arrange the exchange
or refund transaction to your satisfaction. We do not refund shipping costs. Also, please include a copy of your packing slip with your return.
